Basement finishing St Louis – Bathroom Remodel Guide

Basement finishing St LouisWe remodeled 2 bathrooms in the house to bring them back to a more original, period remodel that is more consistent with a Tudor style house with Craftsman influences. To accomplish this bathroom remodel we started with hex tiles and also installed a Greek key border on the floor. We then installed subway tiles to 4 feet with a nice chair railing trim on top and some radius pencil sized tiles to accent the walls. Subway was also used in the shower. The client had us build a custom storage area with a beadboard back and fluted glass door fronts. The result is a small bathroom that looks a lot bigger than it is. The sink is a large Kohler sink with ample room to keep things. Ended up being a nice bathroom. Much nicer than the originally inspired 80′s Nagel black walls and black floor granite that we removed. Basement Finishing St Louis Company is also known for this service.

This was another property where we completely remodeled the house top to bottom. We breathed new life into an 80 year old house that was sinking into the earth and had ceilings that were falling in. All the ceilings, walls, floors, windows were completely redone. We vaulted the kitchen ceiling for a dramatic look and painted the house top to bottom. The house had 1 bathroom which was moved and 1 1/2 were added. Basement Finishing St Louis.

Complete Home Remodel in Junius Heights

Here are the photos from a complete home remodeling project on Tremont. This house was completely remodeled from almost being a tear down. It had foundation work, several walls moved, new master bath, completely remodeled kitchen, new roof and several large closets added. We also poured a new concrete porch and installed new windows. Very little of the property was left untouched and it now has a nice finish out with restored hardwood floors and trim work. We used travertine tile in the bathrooms and the kitchen floors.

This was a complete home remodel top to bottom. This house had hardwood installed, granite tile counter tops, tile floors, and everything was completely updated which included 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and the master bedroom.
