Teaching full time as a class teacher; beginning with a half year in 1st and finishing with 4th. Faculty chair in 2002  and 2003;  Admin.Council member 2001 and 2002;  2003 Rights Council member; Faculty Council 2000-present.  Other classes taught besides my own class, included: games for 3rd grade and painting for 6th grade in 2001, painting for 7th grade in 2002 and form drawing for 2nd grade in 2003.  Created a monthly after school Games Club in 2003.

Teaching full time as a class teacher; one year in 2nd, one is 3rd, one in 4th, and half a year in a combined 1&2.  Faculty chair in 1997- 98 and board member in 1997-99.  Taught painting for the 4/5 grade class. Taught music for the 4th grade in 1997; sculpting for 2nd in 1998, and drawing for 2nd in 1999. Taught a 4-block, 16-week art class for adults on Saturday in clay sculpting, black and white drawing, wet-on-wet watercolor and veil watercolor.

Summer 1999 
Art Instructor, Corvallis Arts Center, Corvallis, Oregon
During the summer taught a watercolor class and a beeswax sculpting class for children of various ages.

1996-1997   
Co-Teacher, Sage Mountain School, Topanga, California                 
Taught in a private school in a one-room type setting.  The ten students ages ranged from 3 to 8 years of age.  Designed daily programs based on a Waldorf curriculum.

1995 – 1996 
Art Instructor, Waldorf High School, Eugene,Oregon                          
Developed a 7-week black and white drawing curriculum for 9th grade, to be utilized in 2 blocks.  Students instructed in 6 periods a week in negative space, diagonal shading, still life, gestures,  contour, nature studies and master works, using charcoals and carbon pencils.  Developed, a 3-week watercolor block in the Impressionist style for 10th grade.  Additional instruction in 4th grade painting, clay modeling and 7th grade black-and-white drawing.

1994-1995  
Sunday School Teacher, Unitarian Church, Eugene, Oregon                
Developed and managed a Sunday school class primarily for infants and toddlers, as well as ages 4-6.  Activities included, singing, creative play, craft projects, nature walks and storytelling

In a Waldorf pre-kindergarten for children ages 4-6, assisted in creative free play, the making of bread, circle time, storytelling, puppetry, drama, nature walks, outdoor play, crafts and crayon drawing
